UW04B RUBBERIZED BAR HOOK HMS

UW04B HMS is a double handle, designed for training on the upper and lower bar lift. It is used to exercise the back muscles, but it will also prove useful in exercises with half a barbell (the other half based on the floor). The bar fits perfectly in the middle of the grip, allowing freedom of performing rowing exercises with half of the barbell in the torso drop. Triangular construction of the grip, is a guarantee of ideal hand position and forcing at the same time, the correct movement during the exercise. The rubberized grip provides a secure hold and prevents the bar from slipping out of your hand, while requiring you to have a firmer grip. Thanks to this, we also work on developing forearm muscles. Not too wide spacing of the handles makes it easier to maintain the correct movement path, i.e. keeping the elbows close to the torso.
