NOHrD Wall Compact: the all-in-one exercise wall
A full-body workout station using minimal space, the NOHrD Wall Compact provides strength and endurance training. Featuring NOHrD’s renowned high quality wooden elements, its design will seamlessly fit into boutique fitness facilities, home gyms or discretely within a living space.
The NOHrD Wall Compact is built with two cable machines: a weight stack and ski ergometer. The weight stack has a maximum load of 75kg with an adjustable cable butterfly feature for multiple movements. Furthermore, its dual design allows simultaneous strength training for a variety of muscle groups. Whilst the ski ergometer is excellent for intense full-body workouts, as it simulates classic cross-country skiing.
Hand-stitched leather SwingBells are conveniently stored within the wall. Easily accessible, these free weights are an excellent tool for high intensity strength training and can challenge all muscle groups. Lastly, guiding you through each workout, the virtual coach is an interactive program on the built-in touchscreen.
