The Red LED Light Therapy Panel inSPORTline Sumatrin is ready to give you energy in any position!
The panel is mobile and the angle of illumination can be adjusted to a vertical or horizontal position. In addition, the base of the stand is shaped so that a bed or lounger can fit under the panel. So if you want to lie down and relax during light therapy, this model is just right for you.
Infrared light therapy not only largely replaces missing sunlight, but it can also act directly on cells and give them the boost they need to produce cellular energy.
In this respect, the LED panel can partially replace the sun. The panel is equipped with 750 LED diodes that emit red (RED) light and near-infrared light (NIR - not visible to the human eye).
? Red light (RED) can have a positive effect on skin condition and blood circulation and promotes the production of collagen (the basic building block of connective tissue) and elastin (provides elasticity, which causes the skin to return to its original state after stretching).
? Near-infrared light (NIR) stimulates the formation of mitochondria, thereby increasing the production of cellular energy. Mitochondria in cells function similarly to batteries – they store energy for the proper functioning of the cell itself. Proteins in the mitochondrial wall react to infrared light and cause the cell to produce more energy. This gives the cells enough "juice" to perform their usual functions perfectly, including the creation of new cells.
? Infrared light (IR) as a whole warms the muscles and penetrates deepest into the body. It is very effective in improving blood circulation and relaxing muscles and joints. Infrared light is not visible, and you will achieve the best effect in an infrared sauna! The panel produces only near-infrared light.
| Light type | Red | Near infrared (NIR) | Other infrared |
| Visible to the eye | Yes | No | No |
| Wavelength | 610 to 760 nm | 760 to 1400 nm | more than 1400 nm |
| Type of effect on the body | Stimulating | stimulating | thermal |
| Reaction | more cellular energy | more cellular energy | warming |
| Effects | superficial (skin, complexion, scars, minimization of swelling, hair) | deep (muscles, bones, joints, internal organs) | warming (pain relief) |
And why is this important? Once our cells are charged with energy, this is transferred to the condition and fitness of the whole body!
Everyone can benefit from the LED panel
Whether it's users with health problems, seniors, students who need to improve their concentration before difficult exams, or athletes who want to improve their performance and speed up recovery, the desired results will always be achieved! You can also purchase an LED panel to improve skin quality or simply for preventive purposes. In any case, it will be a good investment!
Get the most out of your panel
Use the LED panel regularly, preferably 2-3 times a day for a maximum of 10 minutes. The panel should be set at a distance of 15-40 cm from the body, but it is good to start with a greater distance and gradually adjust it. It also depends on the light intensity setting. Here, too, we recommend proceeding with caution and observing whether your skin reacts to the light. And don't forget your protective glasses!
