Built around a 6061-T6 aviation-grade aluminium deck (500 mm long, 115 mm wide, with an 82.5° angle) and fitted with nylon inserts front and rear, this scooter delivers a sturdy yet lightweight platform that can support riders up to 100 kg.
The handlebar is made from 4130 chromoly steel in a Y-bar shape with a standard diameter, offering a comfortable 530 mm width and 550 mm height for confident steering. It pairs with a hardened, TIG-welded steel front fork and a standard IHC compression system, all held together by an integrated, threadless headset with sealed bearings and durable 6061 aluminium double clamps secured with 5 mm bolts.
Smooth, fast rolling comes courtesy of 110 x 24 mm wheels made from 86A high-rebound PU with a CNC-milled, anodised aluminium core, running on precision ABEC-9 bearings for a fast and quiet ride.
