rollholz is a sustainable fascia roller from the Black Forest for self-massage and recovery. The gentle notch spares your spine while rolling, allowing for optimal pressure distribution. The compression on the muscles is felt as pleasant. Arm and leg muscles can therefore be treated precisely and in isolation.
Whether for warming up, to boost circulation, or after sport - to speed up recovery or release tension, the rollholz can be used for acute, chronic, and preventive purposes alike. Our handmade rollholz combines optimal functionality, aesthetics, feel, and sustainability.
