The large 10 cm massage ball made of beech wood is especially suited for targeted rolling of the back of the thighs and the glute muscles. Thanks to the firm wooden material and the 10 cm diameter, it provides ideal pressure distribution, allowing even deep-seated muscle tension to be reached and released.
