WaterRower M1 rowing machines come with the S4 Bluetooth monitor and track your training performance precisely. You can track your 500 m split time, calories burned, watts, distance and training time, among other metrics. You can also program individual workouts. The monitor connects easily to various apps, including WaterRower Connect.
