Marbo MH-W104 2.0 Universal Wall-Mounted Cable Trainer
The MH-W104 high and low pulley is another accessory for benches from the Home line. This add-on turns any Home line bench that supports additional components into an expanded workout station, allowing safe and varied training of many muscle groups.
The pulley is made of strong, certified Polish steel. The main structure is built from a 40x40 mm profile, while the insert that fits into the bench is 35x35 mm wide, allowing it to be mounted in Home series benches. This design achieves a tested load capacity of up to 140 kg.
Thanks to three bearing-mounted guide wheels and a slider set on two plastic grommets, the device runs very smoothly, and the slider does not scrape paint off the frame. A special sleeve prevents the cable from slipping out of the wheel guides.
We know you will want to start training right after receiving your pulley. That is why the set includes everything you need to begin at once: the pulley, the slider, steel cables with carabiners and a rubber bumper, and the MH-C001 long bar.

Rubber bumper
In this model the end of the cable is fitted with a thick, ball-shaped rubber bumper. It protects the wheel from damage that can occur when the bar is released after finishing a set.
Multifunctional pulley
An additional lower wheel makes the MH-W104 a multifunctional device that can work as both a high pulley and a low pulley. This lets you sculpt the muscles of your arms, chest and shoulders.
