Wall Bars Bench inSPORTline Dremar 200 x 36 cm is an excellent exercise equipment for any wall bars at least 40 cm wide. It is made of quality beech wood that is slightly flexible, yet very firm at the same time. The Dremar bench is comprised of three parts. The main part is the exercise surface itself, 200 cm long and 36 cm wide, made of three rungs. The second part is the support leg that can be used to adjust the bench height. There are regulation knobs that will secure the leg in vertical position, that is when the bench is supported by the leg. By folding the support leg, you’ll incline the bench. The third part of the bench is an extension for sit-ups. It has leg holders to keep your legs in place while exercising. The leg holders are covered by a soft PVC foam and can be adjusted to two heights. The Dremar Wall Bars Bench allows you to perform a variety of exercises, form the aforementioned sit-ups to triceps push-ups and bench jumps. You can even use dumbbells, provided the total weight won’t exceed 140 kg.
