FG02 HMS is a set of barbell overlays suitable for any exercise with barbells or dumbbells. They are ideal for bench press exercises, bent over dumbbells / barbell row and deadlifts.
The overlays require you to put in more force. Thus, to a large extent, they enable you to exercise the muscles of the forearm and, consequently, the grip strength. After exercising with overlays, training with a regular bar or dumbbells is much easier and more effective.
