BALANCE, COORDINATION & STABILITY
Innovative balance board
The unique Eau-Me Board is a balance board that significantly expands your training programme. Filled with water, the board reacts constantly and dynamically to your movements, adding extra challenge to your balance and core stability training.
Traditional exercises such as squats, sit-ups, lunges and push-ups become more effective: water means constant movement, which encourages the body to activate stabilising muscles. The result: improved coordination and core muscles. We recommend using the Eau-Me Board on a gymnastics mat.
With a base plate made of real wood veneer and a diameter of 64 cm, the Eau-Me Board impresses with a sturdy plastic housing filled with approx. 6.5 litres of water.
