TheGanzo Firebird FH31-BK is a striking daily-use folder, featuring a wharncliffe head of D2 steel and contoured G10 plastic liners.
The 86mm long blade is made of D2 tool steel, hardened to 58-59 HRC. This grade of carbon steel is characterized by high abrasion resistance, long retention of working sharpness and high corrosion resistance for a carbon steel.
The wide wharncliffe blade, straight cutting edge, strong tip and flat grind provide good cutting performance, good functionality in daily use and high resistance to damage.
Thanks to the milled flipper, the blade can be conveniently and quickly unfolded with one hand. This solution is comfortable for both right- and left-handed users.
Among the most important advantages of the Firebird FH31-BK knife are the culture and smoothness of operation. On the axis of the blade there are bearings, responsible for quick and smooth unfolding of the knife. The modern style of the knife is emphasized by the pivot oxidized in blue.
When the head is opened, it is securely locked with a classic liner-lock mechanism.
The knife's handle is formed by liners made of lightweight and durable G10 plastic. Thanks to the profiling of the grip and the textured surface, the knife has an excellent grip and does not slip from the hand.
In the back of the handle there are two cutouts that allow you to weave in a rope or braided paracord. A steel, reversible (left/right) clip allows you to carry the knife in your pocket or on your belt every day.
